Tire storage software proven in a working warehouse
Run your tire storage on barcodes, not spreadsheets.
Every set gets a label and a scanned location, so any set can be found in seconds. Intake, storage, staging, and delivery run through one system your whole crew can use from a phone. Built inside a real warehouse in Kelowna. Ready for yours anywhere in Canada.

Spreadsheets lose tires. You know this already.
Most storage operations run on a spreadsheet, a stack of paper tags, and whoever remembers where things went. It holds together until it does not. A customer is standing at the counter, the sheet says row four, and someone spends the next hour walking the racks. Every lost set costs you labour, and it costs you a customer quietly wondering if you actually know where their tires are.
Axion replaces memory with scans. The set is labeled at intake, its shelf is scanned when it goes up, and from that moment the system always knows exactly where it is. Whether you store two hundred sets behind a detailing bay or thousands for dealership partners, the flow is the same. Scan it in, scan it up, scan it out.
What the system does
Built for operators who store tires alongside a shop, a detailing bay, or a dealership service department. Not built for developers.
Find any set in seconds
Every set of tires gets a barcode and a scanned warehouse location. The warehouse map shows every rack, lane, and position at a glance. When a customer calls, you look it up, walk straight to the shelf, and pull it. No searching, no guessing, no lost sets.

A branded portal for your dealer partners
Dealerships get their own portal to request pickups and deliveries and see their stored inventory at any time. Residential customers book online. Fewer phone calls, fewer sticky notes.

Run the day from a phone
Drivers get a phone friendly view of every pickup and delivery on their day. Intake, storage, staging, and delivery are all scan driven, so nothing moves without the system knowing.

A storage clock on every set
The system tracks how long each set has been in the building and flags expiries before they become a problem. The reports view shows your whole operation in one snapshot, and email notifications keep customers informed at every stage.

The day you run now, and the day you could
Nothing on the left is a knock on you. It is just what happens when the tool is a spreadsheet and the backup is memory.
The spreadsheet way
- Locations live in one person's memory
- The sheet is right until it is not
- Customers call to ask where their tires are
- Changeovers sneak up every season
The Axion way
- Every set is scanned to a shelf
- The system is the single source of truth
- Partners see their own inventory in the portal
- Storage clocks flag expiries before they bite
Built inside a warehouse, not a boardroom
Axion was built by Khela Tech, a software studio in Kelowna, for a real tire storage operation. The software runs that warehouse today. Every screen, every scan, and every notification exists because a working crew needed it on the floor, not because it looked good in a demo.
That is also why onboarding is white glove. The people who set up your warehouse are the same people who built the system and keep it running in production every day.
Onboarding is done with you, not to you
There is no signup page and no self serve trial. Every warehouse is set up by the team behind the system, start to finish.
We migrate your records
Your existing spreadsheet becomes your starting inventory. Nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.
We label your warehouse
Every rack and bin gets a scannable location, and every stored set gets a tag.
Your crew starts scanning
From day one, intake, storage, staging, and delivery run through the scanner instead of the sheet.
